Where is the best place to cool?
The areas of the body where brown fat is localized are on the shoulders and neck, as well as the sternum and laterally on the upper part of the spine.
By cooling with the SlimCOOL T-shirt, combined with the SlimCOOL neck scarf you reach exactly these areas. This has also been proven by Professor Symonds at the University of Nottingham.
The principle is quite simple. Activate the T-shirt and neck scarf with water according to the instructions, roll up, dry off – put it on – DONE.

In addition to brown fat “calorie burning”, it has been found that cooling locally at the “problem area” also has an effect on fat cells. Even the first tests with our Waistbelt proved that cooling on the abdomen alone already has positive effects on the over-all circumference. Who hasn’t experienced the situation where you have an event in 2 weeks and do not really fit into “the” dress – at least not without holding your breath! A 1-2 cm reduction in waist circumference can help enormously in this situation..

But this concept also applies to the upper arms, buttocks and legs. Instead of abdominal-leg-butt-exercises we simply cool these areas. We recommend using products such as neckerchief, armcooler or boots in combination with the T-Shirt to maximise activation of the brown fat tissue for best results.

Run water evenly over the front and back of the “padded” part of your product (about 3 sec. per side) until all areas are darker. Or soak this part

Rool & Dry
Then place your SlimCOOL product on a towel and wrap it under light pressure. You can also simply rub the outer fabric with a cloth. Then let it air dry for a few more seconds.

Put on - Enjoy
The outer fabric is immediately dry again and your product is now ready for use. SlimCOOL cools you with a pleasant cooling of up to 660 watts and thus activates the brown fat. The activation process can be repeated at any time.
LITTLE EFFORT – QUICK SUCCESS
ACTIVATE SLIMCOOL – VERY SIMPLE
SlimCOOL is not only effective, location and time independent but also very simple. The products are activated under the tap with water in seconds. You gently squeeze the product and simply roll it in a towel or dry it outside. Done! Either use it right away or wait a few more minutes – it’s up to your taste.
Since it is a purely physical cooling effect, all you have to do is make sure that the product has enough air exchange, keep moving a little bit and temperatures of around 26°C will automatically set in on your skin, causing brown fat to form and thus gradually “melting away” the fat pads.
